Have never seen ssp caudatus before and as per below this bird does not give the frosty appearance seen in many photos - still a good candidate though & the Advance Bird Guide has variations that would seem to cover this bird - any other takers? Good views, maybe not a totally pure white head but definitely white and clearly defined with a black collar I managed two photos both with its back to me! I am hoping that someone else sees it soon.
