I have been a birder for around 15 years now, however I only really started to be able to go to places by my self and therefore more often in the summer of 2016. I have since got my British life list up to 238 and my world life list to 520.
I regularly bird the Totteridge Valley and also Rainham Marshes as well as a few other odd trips to other places. The newest birds on my London list are rather embarrassingly the Yellowhammer i found in Totteridge in early april 2020 and the 4 Crossbill that were flushed out of the trees at Long Pond in the Totteridge Valley on 27th Sept 2020 bringing my London list to 189, which is way behind the leading pack.
At the moment I am spending my time moving between London and Dorset in order to go to University in Bournemouth and thus on occasion there will be long periods where i am not editing the wiki and visiting my London patches, which is a shame.
