Hi, welcome to London Bird Club Wiki! Thanks for your edit to the LatestNews page.
Hi Andrew - I am visiting from the US, staying near Euston Station in London. I have visited Regent and Hyde Parks and have time on Tuesday morning for more birding before heading to Heathrow. it seems like a visit to Brent Reservoir would yeild some good species. I am interested in the following species which seem to be seen there recently:
Garden Warbler, Whitethroat, Reed Warbler, Green Sandpiper, Common Sandpiper. I would also like to see Green Woodpecker and Tawny Owl but that doesn't seem possible with a short timeframe.
My questions are - should I spend time at Brent or find another location? If going to Brent, do I need to use the blinds or can I see anything from the paths?
Thanks for any info. My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org

Hi Andrew. To explain, I thought I was deleting a troll's 'contribution' just now, because it was made under a one-off, anonymous, external URL rather than your 'signed in' handle. Apologies, 126.96.36.199 23:35, July 31, 2019 (UTC)
